United Sterling has received an award from OTS, U.S. manufacturers of wireless through water comms equipment, for having achieved outstanding sales during 2007.

In November 2007 the Shanghai Salvage Company signed a contract with Divex for the supply of a state-of-the-art 12-man 300 m saturation diving system. Delivery will be in 2009.

Also in December 2007 Colin Bosher and Hou Yue attended the Underwater Engineering Conference in Xiamen. They introduced the Kongsberg High Frequency Sonar & Seabotix Portable ROV - vital tools for bridge support inspection. Go to "ROV'S & SONARS".

In January 2008 United Sterling signed a contract with Jardine Engineering for the supply of a Wave Ball wave generation system for the new Hong Kong Government diving and rescue training centre, which is now under construction at Stonecutters Island.
