KIRBY MORGAN UNITED STERLING STUDENT EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2018
The Kirby Morgan United Sterling Student Excellence Awards ceremony took place at the Guangzhou Diving School. There were five awards this year. Congratulations to Li Hailong for winning the ¥10,000 prize, Yang Jiaping the ¥5,000 prize, Wang Yusheng the ¥2,000 prize and Sun Xinjian and Yang Jingcheng for winning the two ¥1,000 extra prizes.

JFD's COBRA COMPLETES FIRST DIVES IN U.K. NORTH SEA
JFD has announced the successful completion of the first U.K. North Sea dives with COBRA (Compact Bailout Rebreather Apparatus). In March 2018 JFD delivered six of the rebreather sets to Bibby Offshore to be deployed with their saturation diving teams and providing up to 20 minutes of bailout gas at depths of 300msw. COBRA is certified to a depth of 450msw and is currently being tested to 530msw.
